MSOffice 2003

Hello,
I am currently trying to install MS Office 2003 on an XP mahcine. I get to a
point in the installation where it says File error. Unable to locate
M4561403.cab, please insert the disk or browse to the network drive to locate
the file. I downloaded the file, placed in on my desktop and browsed to that
location, however the installation still fails. Has anyone else run into
this? Any suggestions?
