Office 2003 Student & Teacher Edition can not uninstall or re-inst

I recently upgraded my 40GB hard Drive to a 320GB hard Drive and used Western
Digitals Format/Partition/Copy program to move all of my contents from the 40
to the 320 drive. After y change ovr, I lost all of the correct icons for all
of my office products and all I get are generic icons. When I start any of my
Office programs, an installation dialg box opens and then states that the
installation could no be completed. At that point, my application actually
starts up and seems to run prpely. I tried to uninstall my Office suite
through Add/Remove Pograms and it failed. At the start of my inquisition to
Microsoft, one of the problems mentioned was a possible loss of ".MSP" files.
Does anyone know how to recover or reload those ".MSP" fies. I had already
reformatted and repartioned the old hard drive before trying these Office
Programs.
