XP Pro - Remote Desktop disconnecting

I connect from my home PC to my office PC using VPN tunnel and remote desktop
connection from home PC. This has worked successfully in the past, but since
last week, has disconnected me from the remote connection (VPN still
connected) within a minute of successfully connecting. This happens each
time now. I have turned off all my firewalls and it still disconnects me. I
am unaware of any updates that occurred on the PC other than renew
subscription of Mcafee. I brought a laptop home from work to see if it was
my PC or a network problem at work, and the loaner connected successfully and
stayed connected. So, we have isolated the problem with my PC. So this
leads me to believe that a setting was changed somehow on my PC...Please help!

Re: XP Pro - Remote Desktop disconnecting

The "office" in this newsgroup name refers to the MS Office suite, not
where your computer is used. You might ask about your connection issue
in the networking group instead.
