I have a copy of Office Enterprise'07. It state's it is a Partner Program. I
would like to know the difference in them. Is this a full version of Office
Enterprise?

For me to answer correctly you need to tell me from where did you purchase your
Office Enterprise version from that states is it is a Partner Program. As an example
retail store, etc.
