| 'My SharePoint Files' Folder Hello, We are experiencing an issue affecting the 'My SharePoint Sites' folder of a few users. For those particular users, the folder appears in Office when going to 'Save As', however, the folder is populated with Internet shortcuts to SharePoint sites instead of web folders like everyone else. These users are therefore unable to open the sites and save to a library. When they click on a site, the Office app takes that site name as the file name. We have tried deleting the 'My SharePoint Files' folder on the machine as well as the related reg key and then having the user go back in to their My Site, so that when re-opening Word, the folder is recreated, however, they get the same result. This issue happens using Office 2007 under both XP and Vista. Any ideas? |
