| Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Propert After upgrading my customer to Groove 2007 from v3.1, selecting Properties still shows the client as 3.1.1 although everything else indicates that she is on Groove 2007. Rebooting the client doesn't change this. Any ideas on how to display this correctly? |

| Re: Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Propert Since groove is not part of MS Office, please consider posing your question to the folks in the Groove newsgroup instead. | Re: Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Pro I wonder why they call it Microsoft Office Groove 2007 then? | Re: Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Pro I'll post this into the Groove Group as I may get better responses for this question there. Thanks for the link. | Re: Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Pro I suppose because it interfaces with Office applications. I now see if you buy the MS Office 2007 Ultimate you get a copy of Groove, but it isn't seen in any other version. | Re: Upgrading a Groove 3.1 user to Groove 2007 Displays 3.1 in Pro In article <041D5AD2-CBFA-4B9B-9272-0F447FD5C1B1@microsoft.com>, Ed Knapp SAIC wrote: > I wonder why they call it Microsoft Office Groove 2007 then? No idea. I don't understand the mental processes of marketers. Remember, these are the people who brought you the dinosaur-head advertisements. Clearly, there's something alien about them. But back here on earth, there's "The Microsoft Office Family of Products", which includes Groove, Visio, Project and who knows what all else. And there's the various Office application suites. This forum's main purpose is supporting the latter. > > "Bob I" wrote: > > > Since groove is not part of MS Office, please consider posing your > > question to the folks in the Groove newsgroup instead.
