| Re: outlook express no longer an option in internet explorer 7 If you're running XP it is under Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components, Outlook Express. Check the box to make Outlook Express available. You control which e-mail program is your default under Set Program Access and Defaults.
