I recently upgraded to IE7 and now the only option under the programs tab
for email is Livemail. Help?!?!?!?

If you're running XP it is under Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove
Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components, Outlook Express. Check the box to
make Outlook Express available. You control which e-mail program is your
default under Set Program Access and Defaults. This is not exactly an
appropriate question for the Office discussion group.
