Hard drive failed; new hard drive; cannot instal OfficePro2003 Upg

My hard drive failed and I lost all contents, as well as the drive, itself.
My service people have re-installed WindowsXP, but I cannot re-instal
Office2003Pro Upgrade because I have nothing to upgrade. How do I get around
this without the huge expense of getting a new Office pkg?

I am afraid that you cannot get around this. Try and find an old qualifying product
is the only thing that you can do. Try Ebay or similar or ask around if someone has
a old copy that they are not using

You would need to find/purchase a qualifying app that you can use to verify
the upgrade installation
