Unable to view Word document created with Word 2003 SP2

Another employee created a document in Word 2003 SP2 - but when she sends it
to me and I open it in Word 2003 SP3 - I cannot see the majority of the
document. If I select View Reading Layout - I can see that there is
something there - but it is a mess and I cannot edit it. The only difference
we can find between our computers is the SP # of the Word version we are
using. Any insight on how we can fix this? Thanks!
