| How to have only 1 landscape page in a whole portrait doc? Currently I have a multipage Word 2003 doc where all the pages are in portrait mode. Now I go to say page 7 and want to have exactly this only page in landscape mode. How do I do this? If I place for example the cursor on this special page and click the menu file->page setup->Margins->Orientation->landscape then after hitting OK ALL pages are in landscape mode. Tom |

| RE: How to have only 1 landscape page in a whole portrait doc? The page orientation is an attribute of the section. You need to insert a section break before and after the content that is to be in landscape so that it makes up its own section. | Re: How to have only 1 landscape page in a whole portrait doc? Also note that all of the printers I have ever used would not print landscape for just a single page if you are duplex printing. Or to put it another way, you cannot have portrait and landscape on the same sheet of paper. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Tom Stephenson" <tom@dslextreme.com> wrote in message news:49310b9a$0$32665$9b4e6d93@newsspool2.arcor-online.net... > Currently I have a multipage Word 2003 doc where all the pages are in > portrait mode. > > Now I go to say page 7 and want to have exactly this only page in > landscape mode. > How do I do this? > > If I place for example the cursor on this special page and click the menu > file->page setup->Margins->Orientation->landscape > > then after hitting OK ALL pages are in landscape mode. > > Tom |
