Move Office 07 Std to Another PC, Install Office Enterprise 2007

I need to move Office 2007 Standard (which has reached its maximum number of
installs, per MS) onto another PC (which currently has Office 2003),
uninstalling it on the current PC. In its place, I need to install Office
2007 Enterprise Edition to replace the uninstalled Office 2007 standard.
Clear as mud?

Anyways, the switch needs to occur within a few hours' downtime, so does it
make sense to call MS ahead of time, knowing that the key for Office 2007
Standard will likely give me a "you have used this key too many times"
message? Or should I just go ahead and start the switch, betting that I
won't be on hold on the phone for very long?

Thanks in advance!

No phone call is going to make it any easier. You need to uninstall Std,
install Enterprise, and then install Std on the other computer. You'll
probably have to expalin the situation to a human being but there's nothing
that human can do first.
