| e Mail merge direct through outlook vs. outlook through MS Word 1. Where can I find the pro's / con's of doing a buk email merge direct through outlook vs. outlook through MS Word? 2. Any suggestions of either pay sites or freeware that would work better than either of the above / have advantages? I have 2 general size ranges of Excel csv files: 50 - 200 contacts and about 2,000 - 4 or 5,000. I understand the personalization issue but I'm concerned about them not getting past filters / being rejected as spam, getting notified about undeliverables, and any issues with my PC being unable to process them / memory size. I use Office 2003 & XP Pro. Thanks very very much! Kris |

| Re: e Mail merge direct through outlook vs. outlook through MS Word Mail merges are sent as single items, so the ISP limits do not apply. One major reason to use a mail merge and not BCC. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
