Office 2007 HUP looking for mssmlbiz

When I open my recently purchased home use version of Office 2007 (any
program) there is a script or something that runs and looks for mssmlbiz.msi
and can't find it. I cancel the request a few times and I can then use the
program but I would like to solve this problem properly. I am not sure if it
is trying to link to something for my employer because it is through the
company I get a cheap license? Thanks!

Re: Office 2007 HUP looking for mssmlbiz

The Home Use Program is supposed to be for allowing employees to purchase Office Enterprise for a much lower cost. It should not be the Small Business version, afaik. I would check with my IT or Employee Purchasing Manager to find out what is going on. Only your employer knows for sure.
