class not registered

When using windows explorer, if I browse to my pictures folder, I can see
thumbnails, but cannot select the photo. I get a "class not registered" error
with no other explanation or suggestion on how to fix it. I can view the
photos using Photo Gallery.

Not a Microsoft Office problem - post to a group for your Operating System. m.p.windowsxp_general for instance.
