| Macro? to generate lines of text A while back I found a "command" that could be typed into MS Word and it generated a page of "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country" or something like that. Does anyone know what the command is? Harry |

| RE: Macro? to generate lines of text Hi Harry You can get 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.' by typing =rand(5,6) and hitting enter where the first number is the number of paragraphs you want and the second is the number of sentences per paragraph. Is that what you mean? I also have some 'Lorem ipsum' text stored as autotext - I found it here: http://websitetips.com/articles/copy/lorem/ Lucy -- PowerPoint MVP MOS Master Instructor www.aneasiertomorrow.com.au "Harry Avant" wrote: > A while back I found a "command" that could be typed into MS Word and > it generated a page of "Now is the time for all good men to come to > the aid of their country" or something like that.
