Get "File Name Invalid or Too Long" when copying existing files

Have VALID saved files (.PDF) -- when attempting to make a COPY to post in
another folder, I get the meaasge "File Name Invalid or Too Long." Do not
understand why the name is good the first time, but can not copy into another
folder with same file name?

Perhaps a problem with your operating system? It wouldn't be repaired in
office. There are groups for whichever operating system you are youing.
