| attaching an Outlook Calender to an email and sending it. Is there a straightforward way to attach an Outlook Calender (12 months' worth) to an email and send it. I did a search in here and got one question from 2006. It was not helpful. Can anyone help? |

| Re: attaching an Outlook Calender to an email and sending it. "Straight forward"? There is no "Send 2008 calendar to recipient" button, is that's what you want. In 2003, you can "print" a years worth of calendar to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" as a "tiff" file and send that. And perhaps the same in Office 2007. Do something similar with a 3rd party PDF creation software in prior versions. There is also the "File" Save as Web page" in Outlook 2003, that you could use in a similar manner. ucastores wrote: > Is there a straightforward way to attach an Outlook Calender (12 months' > worth) to an email and send it.
