I ordered this product on DVD. I never received it. I sent and email and
received a reply saying it was shipped even though I said I never got it and
they do not have a tracking number.

I never received an email saying it was shipped only one saying it was
ordered.

My credit card was charged dec 2 for the 59.95 and dec 5 for the shipping
charges.

The email said if it was returned to the shipper my credit card would be
refunded - it was not

should I just contact my credit card and tell them it was a scam and I never
received the product or what?

There is no phone number to contact these shippers.
should I post the order number here?

I hate when I do not get product I paid for and it goes to ether.
