Office 2007: Start page numbering on 4th page? No Insert Sec's ava

I searched this forum on how to start page numbering from 4th page forward
and the the title pages 1 - 3. All I saw was insert a new section, then start
your page numbering from the new section. Problem is that I can't find any
"Section" available under insert in Word 2007?

Section Breaks can be found in the Page Layout Tab, in the Page Setup
Group. Click the Breaks Command, and choose the appropriate section
break for your needs.

OK Dawn, I did insert a new section which started the numbering for the body
pages 1-25 . . . but, it also inserted page numbers 1 - 3 in the previous
section?
