Having problems with sound and powerpoint playing correctly

I have a big problem. I created a presentation that works perfect on my pc.
The sound plays while the other animation does it's thing. However when I
email to another co-worker, it doesn't play the sound. We tried it on several
machines. It's not the sound or speakers. I don't know if this has anything
to do with it but, it prompts my co-worker to "Open", "Save" or "Cancel" the
file. I REALLY don't want it to do that either. I have seen it when you can
double click the presentation and it will automatically play. Can anyone help
with one or preferably both of these problems. My boss would really like to
send this ASAP.

Re: Having problems with sound and powerpoint playing correctly

Hi Brandy,

You may want to use the link below to also post this in the MS Powerpoint discussion group. Pleae include, when posting there the
version of Windows, the version of Powerpoint, the type of sound file you're using and how you added the sound.
