clip board always opens with a printer icon saved to the clip boar

Everytime that I open the clip board there is a printer icon that has
| been saved to the clip board--I didn't save it--I have no idea where
| it came from--if I delete it --it will be there again the next time
| that I open the clip board--I can't make it go away permanently!!!!

From the information you provided in your question, I'm not sure how
(or even IF) your question relates to Microsoft Office in general or any
of its component applications (Word, Excel, etc.) in particular. But as

Lets see if I can add more information. When I turn on my computer and I
open Word or Outlook or anything else that would use the Clip Board function
and then I open the Clip Board window--it automatically opens with a this
PRINTER ICON at the top of the list of saved items. Where it came from I
don't have a clue. Everything had been working fine (normally) then all of a
sudden this icon popped up and will not go away. I can delete it but the next
time I open the clip board up---there it is again. My two choices are paste
and delete--like any other saved item that goes to the clip board!

Well--I hate it when this happens--this morning I fired up the ole PC and
guess what? The printer icon is no longer listed on the clip board. I have
not changed anything, it just is not there any more! I don't even want to
know why--as long as it doesn't come back!
