Office suite 2003

How do I go about installing office suite on a new computer when it is on my
old computer?

Re: Office suite 2003

Generally you uninstall it from the old computer and then install and
activate on the new computer, UNLESS it was purchased as OEM on the old
computer. If that was the case you only bought a license to use it on
the old computer, and will need to buy a new copy for the new computer.

Re: Office suite 2003

You shouldn't but it's *always* a good idea to back them up first.

Re: Office suite 2003

No, but you won't be able to open them on the old PC either, since you
are removing the application that made them. I suggest you should make
sure you have a backup copy of any document that would be difficult or
time consuming to recreate.

Probably not but back up is a computer user's best friend. If you don't
have an external hard drive for back ups, get one.
