How to set a default to open .jgp files with picture manager

Photos on an external hard drive open with a trial version of Corel Snapfire
which has expired. I want to open them by default with MS Picture Manager 2007

associations in Windows XP". The process is similar in Windows Vista.

Open Picture Manager, click Tools, File Types, tick in the jpeg box.
