Is Office Picture Manager included in Office Basic 2007

I have office Basic 2007. Should picture manager be part of this package?
When I click to use it it tells me that my trial version of office
profesional has expired and none of the tabs are highlighted to be able to
use them. I had office Basic 2003 version before upgrading and was able to
use fax and picture viewer but now have no basic editing software.

You should have uninstalled the trial version of Office prior to installing
Office 2007 Basic. Suggest you go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and
uninstall the trial version of Office now. You may need to repair Office
2007 Basic. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Select Office 2007
Basic and click on Change. Choose the repair option. You will likely need
your Office 2007 Basic installation CD.

Picture Manager, Office Document Imaging and Office Document Scanning are
not always installed by the default installation. Go back to Control Panel,
Office 2007 Basic and click on Change again. This time select Add/Remove
features. You will find these applications under Office Tools. For the ones
you want to install, select Run from My Computer to install.

The above applications can view pictures and faxes, however Picture and Fax
Viewer is a Windows feature not Office.
