| Re-Imaging a hard disk drive & Office 2000 & Windows 2000 OS Hi guys I am upgrading my hard disk drive from 20 gig to an 80 Gig drive. I have a software tool to get the key codes for the re-installation of Windows 2000, but not Office 2000 My problem is that when I have about 15 key codes in the office & I am unsure as to which one is the one that I am currently using on this system. I need to re-install the whole OS & Office 2000 too. Any ideas or help that can help me get the current Office 2000 key code? FYI All the software is legit! Thanks in advance for your help! John Mc |

| Re: Re-Imaging a hard disk drive & Office 2000 & Windows 2000 OS Early versions of Office 2000 didn't "stash" the code during the install, so you won't find it. You will need to compare what keys you have with what you do find, and make sure the total count matches the total number of installs. mccartjt wrote: > Hi guys > > I am upgrading my hard disk drive from 20 gig to an 80 Gig drive. > > I have a software tool to get the key codes for the re-installation of > Windows 2000, but not Office 2000 > > My problem is that when I have about 15 key codes in the office & I am > unsure as to which one is the one that I am currently using on this system.
