| Mail merge changes the name of the document We are using office 2003 Pro. We have seen this on two machines so far. When performing a mail merge using excel as the data source, once the merge is complete and the documents are ready to be mailed out we notice that characters in the name of the document have been removed or altered. For example, a document named "documentone.doc" is renamed to "docu", the .doc is removed along with the rest of the file name. We've also seen under scores added into the name of the doc as well. Has anyone seen this before? |
