2003 Office run on Vista

2003 Office programs require agreement to terms upon startup???

I am running Microsoft Vista Home Premium and I have to agree to the terms of
use everytime my 2003 office programs start. This prevents me from sending
my scanned OCR to Word.

Help Please

start word by right clicking on the shortcut and choosing Run as
administrator. Accept the EULA, and it should do the trick.
