Faulting application, faulting module unidrvui.dll

Hi,

I have some 2003 terminal servers with Office 2007 installed. Users are
logging in via Citrix presentation server 4.0.

Some of the users are having problems with the Office products. Word and
Powerpoint crash with the option to start in safe mode and the following
message is found in the event viewer:

Eventid: 1000 Source Microsoft Office 12

Faulting application winword.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 45428028,
faulting module unidrvui.dll, version 0.3.6000.16438, stamp 46034864, debug?
0, fault address 0x000436be.

Users can start Excel but when they try to format the document the same
thing happens. Excel starts up again and is able to recover the document but
Word and Powerpoint goes in a loop with same error each time.
Outlook seems to be working fine.

If i reset the users terminal server profile everything works fine during
the first login. When i log the user out and in again the problem starts.

Have anyone experienced the same problem?
