I have a new hard drive from Dell with MS office on it but I need to move my

Did your old copy of Office come with the computer?

What do you mean "move your license to a different copy of Office
2003"?!?!? Are you replacing the hard drive in your PC and need to
migrate the drive contents?

Re: how do i move my license to a different copy of office2003?

Yes. My old drive is failing and I have a new replacement drive with an
unlicensed copy of Office 2003 already on it. I want to deactivate the copy
on my failing drive and use that license to activate Office on my new drive.

Re: how do i move my license to a different copy of office2003?

Yes Office was installed on it but it was not licensed. My employer received
the new laptop, licensed the Office2003 and sent me the computer with
Office2003 activated to me.
