| Total Unistall of Office 2003 I have uninstall through the control panel, deleted the left over program file, the registry file in both local machine and current user for Microsoft Office, yet when I reinstall Office, Outlook still recongized the user. The reason for all this work is because of an error when trying to add a peronsal folder. All other fixes didn't work. Please help and let me know what I am missing. Thanks      |

| Re: Total Unistall of Office 2003 You perhaps need to create a new Profile, via Mail applet in the Control Panel eg and add your email accounts a new data file.
