How do I turnoff printing a file recap page when printing?

Each time I print a file that I use as a template the following is printed.
How did I turn it on and how can I turn it off?

Filename:
Directory:
Template:
Subject:
Author:
Keywords:
Comments:
Creation Date:
Change Number:
Last Saved On:
Last Saved By:
Total Editing Time:
Last Printed On:
As of Last Complete Printing:
Number of Pages:
Number of Words:
Number of Characters

Turn off the option to print file properties - under Tools->Options->Print.
