A more elaborate explanation of your problem would be helpful. Which
programs? What do you mean with missing taskbar buttons? What does it
have to do with IE, etc?

Re: missing taskbar buttons in office 2007

Whenever a document or Outlook or IE is opened - then minimized, a button
appears on the task bar that you can click on to maximize again. These
buttons do not appear. I did find, however, that using CTRL-ALT-DELETE which
opens the Windows Task Manager, then clicking on applications displays a list
of the open applications. Unfortunately, they are not showing on the task
bar which makes it easy to click to open rather than a three step of opening
the Task Manager, clicking on the application Tab, then clicking on the
application.

Thanks
Ken

What does Alt+Tab produce?
