Hi there -

The document image writer has been working great until recently. I kept
getting an error when I went to print. So I found some steps in this forum
to uninstall and reinstall the document image writer driver for Office 2003.
I am no longer getting an error....which is good but it won't save the file.
It looks like it is saving: it let's me choose a file and location and the
bars go across the bottom as if it is saving but the file does not exist.

Any ideas?
