| Calendar/Date reminders for certain events I have a list of permits with expiration dates for 12 different types in an Excel file. I need to have some way to set up something that can automatically let me know if any of them have expired or are about to. I know I can do it individually for each permit by using a formula, but I want to see if there is something else someone may know of that may be easier. The file also has company name and other items of detail. |

| Re: Calendar/Date reminders for certain events Because numerous people need to have access to them and I'll need to run a report. I know I can share my calendar with them, but I was looking for something different. Any thoughts? | Re: Calendar/Date reminders for certain events Thanks. Outlook would be the easiest way, but we have so much turnover and the expiration dates are 2-3 years out.
