Populate current login username in InfoPath Form

I'm creating an info path form and would like to populate the currently
logged on username as one of the field on the form itself which also needs to
be saved onto the sharepoint document library.

Also I've created some SITE COLUMNS in SharePoint 2007 and would like to use
those in Infopath Forms. How do I know the name of the list to add a data
connection for the custom created site columns.

Thanks,
Mazhar
