Is there a way to switch all rules on/off at once

Hey all,

So I'm curious if anyone has a recommendation for a good tool (or reg hack)
which will disable all Outlook rules at once.

Obviously, you can just run down the list and click off the check boxes, but
we're about to need to do this for 1000 machines, some of which could have
upwards of 50 rules. So we're looking for an admin tool.

Currently, we're looking at Outlook 2007 which are connecting via POP or IMAP.

Thanks.
