Vertical lines printing on right side of paper

Vertical lines printing on right side of paper

It seems that whenever I have a header and/or footer my documents are printed
out with vertical lines on the right hand side of the paper at every line
that has typing on it. Has anyone ever come across this and if so, how do I
fix it? Thanks
