I started to have the wierdest problem today. I open up Outlook 2007 and
dont seem to be able to open word attachments from outlook. I then tried to
close outlook 2007 and just open word without specifying a file and it fails
as well. It says something about the program has stopped working and will
look for a solution. It says its trying to restart...it never does.

I have figured out that if I restart, dont open outlook than word works just
fine. If I open outlook word stops working all together.

Why is this happening....should this stuff just work! I am running Vista
Ultimate and Office 2007. I have also run the office diagnostic and it
doesnt show any problems.

I have further information on this post. Appartently I am not the only one
that this effects. I have read several technet forums saying people cant get
word to open without crashing. It seems to effect many people. I am
getting this in my event logs
