#2 How can I reinstall the Offfice w/out the disks?

#1 - most likely not - as long as you did not store them in the C:\program
files\.... \office\... location, - they are likely to still be in My
Documents\.... somewhere
#2 - no

#1. Probably not. The uninstall doesn't touch most places where you'd
have stored the files, like My Documents.
#2. Did Office come with your PC? If so, you could try contacting the
manufacturer.
