| RE: Works 8.0 to MS Office for Small Business or Professional "Trinbagoniangirl" is responding: Like you I purchased a new computer with Works 8. but the Format does not function proper it appears. Whenever, I try to perform any of the functions under that tab, the software goes into a processing mode and then shut down. Can you tell me whether you experience the same problem with yours? I am asked by the technical support unit to provide the Product ID. I do not know how to obtain it. DO you have any idea? Thank you.
