Multiple pages printing on one page

In Office 2007 when I select a range of pages (more than one page) in a
document to print to print on my HP LaserJet printer all pages of the
document print on one page! I tested this on my Epson and the printing of a
multiple page range printed perfect. The LaserJet printed perfect in Office
2003 but not in 2007. I have downloaded the HP drivers again but this did
not solve the problem. Any suggestions what I should do next? Has anyone
else encountered this problem when printing in Office 2007?

Re: Multiple pages printing on one page

Check the "Print" settings for the HP LaserJet. There is a setting under
"Zoom" for "Pages per sheet". It may not be set to "1".

Re: Multiple pages printing on one page

You mentioned settings for the HP LaserJet....what settings will I find
"Zoom?" I looked on the print Preferences and also in the "Printer & Faxes"
section but can't fine "Zoom" that you recommended I set to a "1."

Re: Multiple pages printing on one page

Sorry...I should have been more clear. From Word, click on File - Print.
This will open a window named Print. In the lower right portion of the Print
window you should see a section labeled Zoom and there you will see "Pages
per sheet".

Hope that helps.

Re: Multiple pages printing on one page

Thanks Tim for the information.....the Zoom setting was already set on 1 page
per sheet and the scale set to No Scailing. Any other suggestions?

You need to install the PCL6 driver.
