Picture Manager Office 2007 Print Screen doesn't work

I've made at Print Screen and it is posible to paste it into Word.
But I want to paste it into Picture Manager. When I open Picture Manager og
select Edit the Paste function is light grey I cannot use it.
It's like this everytime I make a print screen, I cannot put it into the
picture manager.
Is there some kind of setting I have to make?
Or how can I make a screen shot and put the picture into Picture Manager to
work with it.

Re: Picture Manager Office 2007 Print Screen doesn't work

Try this. Press PrintScreen (or Alt+Printscreen to copy just the current
window rather than the whole screen).Put the picture manager into thumbnail
or filmstrip view. Right-click in the file area (not in the picture display
areas), and choose Paste. The picture should be added as New Picture (1).png
(at whatever is the default type). You can click on it, press F2 and rename
it as desired.
