| Problem with Office Compatibility Pack and Excel 2003 I have a user that has Office 2003 installed on a Windows XP machine and is trying to open an Excel 2007 document. The Office Compatibility Pack has been installed. When you click on Open a prompt will come up asking for a password. When you hit Cancel the message then tells you the conversion could not happen...something like that I don't remember the exact words to the error. The file is not password protected. I have re-installed the compatibility pack and still get the same issue. The file can be opened fine on Office 2007 and no password prompt comes up. Thanks in advance for any assistance! |
