Accounting 2007 / Manufactures Repsentative Company

Has anyone setup Accounting 2007 for use in a Manufactures Rep Company? If so
can you provide details on Factories/Principals vs Customer vs Commisions. If
you understand the Rep business then you will understand the problems in
tracking sales and payments then you will know what i'm refering to. I have
approx 20 companies I Rep and 3300 customer name BCM data base of which
anyone customer could order from any factory. In the chart of accounts ther
is a selection for MFG Rep's but I don't understand how to Vendor file and
customer file for my type of business.
