Our display turned 90 degress how to undo?

Our Dog hit the keynboard with his paw, and our screen turned 90 degreess
sideways - We don't know how to fix it...

Check your video cards display options. There should be an option to rotate the screen.

Oh and this is not an Office problem but one of the OS.

Fix the monitor: Look at video card software.
Fix the dog: Talk to your vet.
