Can I purchase Outlook to upgrade home and student version?

I have the home and student version. Can I purchase outlook 2007 seperately?
All I see for purchase are the entire suites when I click on buy although the
picture shows a box with outlook on it.

Who sells outlook? The links to the sellers on microsoft.com do not show it
sold seperately only the full suites.

If you don't need the functionality of Outlook in being able to drag emails
and documents into Calendar and Task items, why bother? There are plenty of
good free email clients that have calendars and tasks out there - Mozilla
Thunderbird with the Lightning Calendar extension springs immediately to
mind....
