Office 2003 Student/Teacher Compatibility with Vista Ultimate

I just got a new laptop with Vista Ultimate. I was told that Office 2003
Student is not compatible with Vista but that other editions of Office 2003
are. Is this true? I have 1 user license left on my Office software and
would love to keep compatible versions on all our home computers (and not
shell out the bucks for a new edition). Thanks for your help!
