Printing with boarders - errors?

I have Office 2003. When i am writing my uni assignments i always use
a boarder, because i find it easier to read that way. Why do i always
get a error message saying that it outside the print area?

I use a 2cm in for all the options - but on my dissertation i have
changed it to 3cm inf rom the left and it still comes up with errors?

All the boarder prints, except for the bottom line? how can i fix this

I use a HP 5940 Deskject printer - if that helps?

RE: Printing with boarders - errors?

Every printer has a different printable area. An inkjet/deskjet has a larger
nonprintable area than say, a laser jet.

You'll have to modify your settings in order to accommodate the printer.

Please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup. Email requests for assistance
