| Autocomplete Outlook 2007 After sending a new message the autocomplete function works for that particular individual. However, after closing out of Outlook 2007, the autocomplete does not work. In other words the autocomplete entires are saved only until the program closes. We have completed an upgrade in our office to Outlook 2007. Only a few individuals are experiencing the problem, others are fine. -- KAM123 |

| Re: Autocomplete Outlook 2007 You need to do the following... 1. Quit Outlook 2007 2. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK. 3. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook 4. Delete any files with the extension .NICK 5. Launch Outlook 2007 it'll save e-mail addresses from now on The .NICK file is left from Outlook 2000. The e-mail addresses for Outlook 2003 onwards are saved in the .N2K file.
