Office 2003 Proofing Tools Discontinued - Help!

I had Office XP Proofing tools, upgraded to Office 2003 and Proofing Tools
still worked OK, no problem.
Now I have a new PC with a freshly installed Office 2003, but my XP Proofing
Tools will not install. I would be happy to buy the Office 2003 Proofing
tools but they are discontinued. What are Office 2003 users expected to do?
Does anyone have any advice? I know this is affecting a growing number of
people in the translation industry.

Yep, true, but they won't ship to the UK. Anybody know a) of a third party
alternative, and b) what was going through MS's tiny brains when they decided
to discontinue?

I'm not anti-MS but there seems to be quite a nasty way of pushing us
towards 2007. If Office 2003 is still supported, why remove the multingual
capability?
